ApproveFlow is a Slack-integrated tool for managing expense approvals.

2. Use of Service

• Requires a valid Slack workspace
• You are responsible for team usage
• No fraudulent or illegal use allowed

3. Plans & Limits

• Free plan: 5 requests/month
• Paid plans increase request limits
• Abuse may result in suspension

4. Termination

• You may uninstall at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend for violations

5. Limitation of Liability

• Service provided “as is”
• No liability for damages or downtime

6. Changes

Terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced via Slack or email.
